ZeroLogik - 031b - 08.04.2006

We decided to do a follow-up to our original story Canceling AOL Not So Easy, where we discovered that actually canceling your AOL service may be harder than you think. Recently our friend Matt decided to cancel his AOL service. He was paying $26 a month for dial-up. Needless to say, it was time to for Matt to move on.

He agreed to let us record his cancellation call. We wanted to find out if AOL learned from their mistakes and if canceling AOL today is any easier than it used to be just a few short weeks ago.

ZeroLogik - 020 - iSight Video

Remember episode 20 when we had a power outtage and were forced to continue the show from the sidewalk outside a closed down Coffee Bean? Well, because of numerous emails from you, we have released the video taken of Shane while on the street corner.

The video was taken with his MacBook Pro's built in iSight and we recommend downloading Episode 20 again or listening to the point where this video was taken - otherwise it'll just seem weird. In the video you can only hear Shane's voice, not Eyal's or Scott's, but it has its entertainment value.

ZeroLogik - 026 - 06.22.2006

We were priveleged to have the authors of the book Foundations of AJAX (Apress) Nate Schutta and Ryan Asleson as guests on this episode. We talk about their book, get into some tips and tricks about AJAX, and then digress a bit into some good ZeroLogik style conversation.

Even after we stopped recording the conversation went on, so we hit record again and talked about the pros and cons of being an author in the tech field.

Get your copy of the book over at Amazon.com today - and stay tuned, because we'll be announcing a way for a few lucky listeners to win their very own FREE copy of the book in an upcoming episode!
